The unit can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, a loft area, and 1 bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the loft area contains 2 three-quarter beds and 1 single bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double sleeper couch in the living area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for guest convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and essential cooking basics. Guests are requested to bring their own drinking water. The living area offers comfortable seating, a TV with OpenView streaming services, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a dedicated workspace. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and complimentary tea- and coffee-making facilities are also available.
