Description
Duyker Shores is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated on the exclusive Duyker Island in St Helena Bay. The property is positioned in a peaceful coastal setting and offers uninterrupted sea views and direct access to the surrounding natural landscape.
The house accommodates 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms furnished with king-size beds and an additional single bed, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath and a shower or a shower over the bath. There are 2 rooms with king-size beds and full en-suite bathrooms. One room has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath. The last bedroom has 2 single beds. The last bathroom has a shower over the bath. All bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, while guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a separate scullery. Kitchen facilities include a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, as well as cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 12 guests. The lounge is comfortably furnished and features a Smart TV with streaming services, as well as a fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Large glass doors open onto a separate lapa area that features an outdoor braai, pizza oven, and a swimming pool. Additional outdoor spaces include a patio and a garden. Secure on-site parking is available. The surrounding area offers white sandy beaches for walking, with nearby attractions including the Shelley Point Golf Course and the coastal village of Paternoster.
