The property is accessed via a gravel road.
Base capacity is 4 guests; maximum 4 guests. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted.
Parties or events are not allowed without prior written consent.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The swimming pool and rooftop deck are closed during this time.
Guests are requested to respect neighbours and comply with local parking regulations.
Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage. Designated outdoor ashtrays are available.
Eating or drinking is not permitted in the bedrooms or the loft. Please use designated dining areas.
Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.
Optional extras, such as breakfast, are available by prior arrangement.
ID verification is required.
Guests are required to sign the hosting agent’s standard rental agreement.
