House Rules
Communal braai areas and a fenced communal swimming pool are available on-site. Undercover parking is provided for 1 vehicle, and additional parking and boat parking can be arranged on request. The complex is fully walled with controlled access and has a security guard on duty from 18:00 to 06:00.
The number of guests and visitors may not exceed the number confirmed at the time of booking.
The unit is not serviced, but cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Guests may contact the host in advance to arrange this service.
Bookings shorter than the minimum stay for each season will incur a surcharge.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, and extensions to the deposit due date may be considered. The outstanding balance is due 5 days before arrival.
Special rates for stays of 10 days or longer are available in the low season.
An administration, cleaning and laundry fee of five hundred and fifty rand is payable in cash on arrival to ensure a clean and hygienic transition between guests.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Only EFT payments are accepted as there are no credit card facilities.
All linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Guests must bring their own bath towels, beach towels and toiletries.
No breakage deposit is charged. Guests are kindly requested to replace any broken or damaged items with the same or a similar replacement.
