Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. Guests accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the property’s standard and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In the rare event of unusually high consumption, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host. Arrivals after 00:00 incur a fee of R350.
