Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A sleeper couch in the lounge can accommodate an additional guest under 12 years old.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional charge
This property has a refundable breakage deposit of R 2000. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
Rates are quoted per day.
An admin and cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
Please be advised that, to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is regulated by a fair use policy allowing a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
