Access to the accommodation is via a gravel road.
Guests are advised to enquire about the condition of the road before booking, as it may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings and in the surrounding forest.

No open flames are allowed, except in the designated boma area.
Guests are requested to avoid playing loud music, shouting, or making unnecessary noise.
Tap water is filtered and safe for consumption.
While the area is generally safe, all doors and windows should be securely closed when leaving the property to prevent animals from entering the house.
The house is fully off-grid and eco-friendly.
Guests are encouraged to conserve energy and avoid using multiple electronic devices or appliances at the same time.
The hot tub water is filtered once per day.
Please do not climb or step on the deck railings.
The cable is decorative and not designed to support weight.
Guests are welcome to ask the house assistant or management for information about the area.
A complimentary basket of firewood is provided on the first day of the stay, for use in the fireplace and hot tub.
Additional firewood can be purchased from the house assistant, who can also provide pricing.
Charcoal and firewood for the boma are also available for purchase from the house assistant.
Guests may ask the house assistant to light the fire in the hot tub, fireplace, or boma.
Extra pillows and towels are available on request from the house assistant.

The house will be cleaned and sanitised prior to arrival.
