House Rules

Liability and Indemnity
Cape Wild Coast, its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, or inconvenience. Guests must claim through their own insurance and will have no claim against the property if uninsured.

Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including furniture, appliances, and garden areas. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Swimming Pool Usage
The pool may be unfenced and is used at guests’ own risk. No liability is accepted for any incidents. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times. If a safety net is provided, it must be used correctly and replaced after use.

Right of Admission and Conduct
Right of admission is reserved. No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour are allowed. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without refund. Unauthorised guests will be charged R1,000 per person per night.

Pet Policy
Guests are liable for any damage caused by pets, including garden and property damage.

Bookings
All bookings require a deposit as specified at the time of reservation.
Utilities and Municipal Outages
No liability or compensation will be provided for outages or interruptions beyond the property’s control, including municipal issues.
Identification
All guests must present valid identification at check-in, a passport for international guests or an ID for South African residents.
