Please note that the cottage is reached via a dirt road.
Please note that the host resides on the property in a separate building.
No pets are allowed.
No loud noise or music is allowed.
Day visitors are not allowed, unless they have booked accommodation on the farm.
The cottage is fully self-catering; internal services are not offered.
Guests are welcome to walk on the farm, have access to a nearby farm dam for catch-and-release bass fishing or to swim in the farm dam at their own risk.
Guests must provide their own swimming towels.
