The property offers guests the choice between hotel or self-catering apartments. Do note that the accommodations are available in two separate buildings, and that guests from either side have exclusive use of their building's facilities, excluding the restaurant, which is available to both.

The hotel boasts all modern amenities, including Smart TVs in all bedrooms with complimentary Netflix and YouTube. There are 54 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Hotel is the perfect setting for a family holiday, weekend conference or a fun-filled weekend away.

The self-catering apartments are 6-sleeper, 3-bedroomed units available as either Poolside Patio units or Balcony units. Each unit has a kitchenette/living space with a Smart TV, while the main bedroom with a double bed has an en suite bathroom, and the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower. Note that the units have steep stairs, and all units have a first-floor entry. There are braai facilities exclusive to the Apartments, with Balcony units having an allocated braai stand by the pool, while the Poolside Patio units have a built-in braai on their stoep. The kitchen comes equipped with standard cutlery and crockery. Note that the Apartments do not have air conditioning, and a fan is available in each bedroom. The Apartments have a cold water pool exclusive to the guests of these 20 units that are clustered around it.

Elephant Springs offers a uniquely South African dining experience. Indulge at the breakfast buffet or enjoy a choice of dishes from the enticing à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

The property offers conference facilities to suit every need and desire, boasting fully-equipped venues ranging from a massive 200-seater hall to an intimate 40-seater conference room. The establishment is ideally located for conferences all over Limpopo, being centrally located in the town of Bela Bela between Pretoria and Polokwane.
