Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please be advised that construction is taking place across the road. While this may result in some noise and activity in the area, it should not impact the experience at Ellipse Waterfall.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
No loud noise or parties are permitted after 22:00. Guests are expected to be mindful and respectful of their neighbours.
Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and may result in fines imposed by the Body Corporate. Non-compliance with any of the above house rules will incur in a fine.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an extra charge.
