Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Please be advised that construction will be taking place across the road. While this may result in some noise and activity in the area, it should not impact your experience at Ellipse Waterfall.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
No loud noise or parties after 22:00. Always be mindful and respectful of your neighbours.
Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and subject to fines by the Body Corporate. Non-compliance will result in a fine for the abovementioned House Rules.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to us prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
