Please be advised that construction is currently taking place across the road. While this may result in some noise and increased activity in the area, it is not expected to significantly impact your stay at Ellipse Waterfall.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration information, and an estimated arrival time before check-in. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

A standard key and breakage deposit are requiredbeforeo check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.

No loud noise or parties are permitted after 22:00. Guests are kindly requested to be mindful and respectful of neighbours at all times.

Laundry: Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and may result in fines issued by the Body Corporate.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable before check-in. Additional charges may apply for arrivals after 00:00.

For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
