Did what it needed to but with some inconvenience.

The stay was ok, but management really needs to attend to some basic maintenance. The glass countertop in my room was smashed, but all the pieces were still in place. A sharp edge kept scratching my arm when using my mouse, so I eventually covered it with something. The toilet cistern leaked, which meant that there was a constant hiss of water coming in, so I had to turn the toilet tap off at night to get things quieter. There seemed to be a similar problem (but louder) in a neighbouring room. When I asked for new toilet paper (there was no spare roll in the room), I was told to go and fetch one from another staff member! After saying that replacing toilet paper was their job, not mine, the lady brought me one. The internet was almost useless, so I had to go sit on the step of reception (or inside when it was open) to use the internet. The water with lemon and mint in the fridge was really nice, and I appreciated that very much. Nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the soap and shampoo provided were very nice.

Excellent stay. Please provide 'Doom' for the ants in the wash basin.

Great stay. Kudos to the hostess who was an excellent host. Disability needs were met, and an appropriate room was allocated.

Baie aangenaam sonder enige stres.

Baie vriendelike en persoonlike ontvangs. Die eienaar het uit haar pad gegaan om ons tuis te laat voel. Die kamers is ruim en baie netjies en skoon. Lekker sonkrag hoef nie te bekommer oor beurt-krag nie.
