House Rules
Before arrival, guests will receive an email from our partner (Know Your Guest/Truvi) as part of the guest verification process. This step is essential to ensure a smooth check-in and to maintain a secure environment for all guests and hosts. Truvi may contact guests via email or text message. Guests are kindly requested to complete the verification process before the check-in date. This will help ensure a secure and confident transaction for all parties involved.
The Apartment may only be used for residential accommodation.
The Apartment will be used at guests’ or visitors’ own risk
No parties, events, or functions are allowed to be held in the Apartment.
Should the Apartment become unavailable prior to your arrival due to an unforeseen circumstance, we will substitute the Apartment with another similar Apartment or provide you with a full refund if we are unable to do so.
Smoking (whether tobacco, marijuana, hookah, pipe or vaping) is not allowed in the Apartment or its balconies or anywhere within the parameters of the Apartment Block.
No pets are allowed.
Children younger than 13 years old are not allowed.
Additional house rules may be provided upon your arrival.
