We maintain a peaceful environment in line with our house rules and the neighbourhood's expectations. This property is not suited for parties or events of any kind.
This accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Kingswood is a peaceful, family-friendly estate with a strict no-noise rule. Loud music, rowdy gatherings, and any disturbances.
Respect for neighbours, and residents, including pets, and value their tranquillity. Please keep noise levels low and maintain a respectful atmosphere.
This is a destination for relaxation, not parties, excessive drinking, or late-night disruptions.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines or early checkout. Security is on hand to ensure the estate remains a peaceful haven.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
Braai and Fireplace Use - Handle wood, coals, and ashes with extreme care. Do not place them on the laminated flooring, as burns or stains may occur. Guests are responsible for any damage.
