No smoking, Hookah, bubbly, vaping, or alcohol is allowed on the premises not inside or outside the house.

Nothing may be removed from the property or the accommodation, including towels, soap, room bottles, etc.
No visitors are allowed to guests unless special arrangements have been made with the property owners.
No parties or private functions are permitted.
No loud music.
Children are not permitted in the garden or around the pool without adult supervision. The pool does not have a safety fence or safety net. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
A maximum of 5 guests are allowed, including children and babies.
Please note that the pool will be closed during the autumn, winter, and spring seasons and cannot be used.
Access to the property and the use of all facilities are at your own risk.
Neither the property owner, their employees, nor any temporary workers in their service will be responsible for any damage, loss, and/or injury incurred as a result of entering the property. By proceeding with the booking, you and your guests hereby indemnify the property owner, all employees in their service, and/or temporary workers from any liability for loss or damage of any kind.
