Farmstyle Family Home is a spacious self-catering house located in the leafy suburb of Upper Kenilworth in Cape Town. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined street, the property offers a peaceful setting while remaining well-positioned between the Constantia Wine Route, located approximately 15 km away, and Cape Town’s city centre, approximately 20 km away, outside peak traffic hours.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. Three bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, and the fourth bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a tumble dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with seating, a TV and a dining area with a dining table.
Outdoor features include a garden with a swimming pool, a patio with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. A braai area is available. Free secure parking is provided on the property.
