House Rules
The management of the complex requires all guests to register their access details. A copy of your ID document, residential address, and vehicle information must be submitted after your booking has been confirmed.
Check-out time is 09:00. A later check-out may be accommodated if no guests are arriving on the same day.
Smoking or vaping inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside only.
No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property.
Visitors are not permitted without the host’s consent and may only visit between 11:00 and 16:00.
Any unregistered guests staying overnight will incur a fine of R500 per guest per night.
Sufficient prepaid electricity for your stay will be loaded onto the meter prior to your arrival. Any additional electricity required will be for the guest’s own account. Meter top-up instructions are displayed in the unit.
