Please note: This property is located on Kingswood Golf Estate, where no parties, loud music, gatherings, or excessive drinking are permitted. We maintain a peaceful environment in line with our house rules and the neighbourhood's expectations. This property is not suited for parties or events of any kind.
Important Notice: Estate Rules and Regulations
By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the estate’s rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties (R5,000–R10,000) or the immediate termination of your stay.
No Unregistered Visitors: Only approved, registered guests are allowed on the estate.
Noise Restrictions: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No excessive noise or disturbances are permitted.
Respectful Behavior: Excessive drinking, wandering, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
No Soliciting: Door-to-door canvassing or solicitation is not allowed.
This is a residential area, and residents’ peace takes priority. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans and reports to booking platforms. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment.
