No more than the number of guests indicated on the Guest Certificate may occupy the unit.
The guest named on the Guest Certificate will be held responsible for compliance with all terms and conditions of the booking as well as the Resort Rules.
It is the guest’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the resort’s facilities, utilities, breakage deposits, and any additional fees payable upon check-in.
Guests must direct any special requests (e.g., wheelchair-accessible units) directly to the resort in advance.
Guest certificates and valid identification documents must be presented at check-in before access to the unit will be granted.
All guests must comply with the rules and regulations applicable at the resort.
The check-in time indicated on the Guest Certificate must be strictly adhered to, as determined by the resort.
The maximum occupancy limit, as indicated on the Guest Certificate, must not be exceeded.
Upon arrival, guests must submit a completed and signed Resort Release Form, which will be provided along with the Guest Certificate. This form must be submitted before keys will be issued.
