We would like to formally inform you of an important infrastructure project scheduled to take place at Riviera Suites.
Lift Replacement Project
The hotel will undergo a full lift replacement project commencing on 01 June 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately four (4) months.
During this period, no lift facilities will be operational. Riviera Suites consists of a ground floor and five upper floors, and access to all upper levels will be via staircase only.
Guest Impact
Please take note of the following implications during the project period:
• Guests accommodated on upper floors will need to make use of stairs.
• This may present significant inconvenience to:
o Elderly guests
o Guests with mobility challenges or injuries
o Parents travelling with infants and prams
• There will be ongoing construction activity, resulting in increased noise levels throughout the building during working hours.
• Construction personnel will be present on-site daily.
Parking Suspension
Please further note that no on-site parking will be available for the duration of the project.
Any previously confirmed parking bookings will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
Action Required
We kindly request that all clubs, booking agents, and partners ensure that their respective guests are clearly informed of the above conditions prior to arrival. Transparency at the booking stage will be essential in managing expectations and avoiding dissatisfaction. Also please ensure that all booking sites and web sites are updated accordingly.
