Important Notice: Lift Replacement Project
A full lift replacement project is scheduled from 01 June 2026 for approximately 4 months. During this time, no lift facilities will be operational, and access to all upper floors (up to five levels) will be via stairs only.
Guest Considerations During This Period:
Stair access will be required for all upper-floor accommodation
This may pose challenges for elderly guests, those with mobility limitations, or families with young children
Increased noise levels can be expected during working hours due to construction activity
Construction personnel will be present on-site daily
Parking Notice:
No on-site parking will be available for the duration of the project, and any previously confirmed parking arrangements will need to be cancelled.
