There is no secure parking available. Guests will need to use street parking, which is paid for hourly until 17:00 on weekdays and until 13:00 on Saturdays. Parking is free on Sundays.
Guests are required to sign in with security upon arrival. Please note that CCTV cameras are installed in all communal areas.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
Cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Midstay cleans and linen changes are provided for reservations longer than 7 nights.
The building has a generator that powers only the common areas during load shedding. Wi-Fi will remain active throughout.
