Pets are not allowed in the apartment or the complex.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed. If any noise complaints are received from the Flamingo Park complex supervisor, the guest will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect without a refund.
No day visitors are allowed without prior arrangement.
