Description
Florin's Crest is located in Franschhoek, a beautifully scenic and tranquil environment which is enjoyable for the whole family. It is easy to spend a day here and it serves as an excellent springboard to other wine routes.
The house can accommodate up to 4 adults with 2 small children, and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, two of which contain a queen-size bed. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds or a king-size bed. Each bedroom has a unique feature such as the glass-enclosed patio off the main bedroom. All bedrooms have aircon for cooling or heating. There are both bath and shower facilities in the house. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The balcony off the main bedroom has a spectacular view of the mountains, as does the glass-enclosed dining room. The open plan lounge and kitchen area feature beautiful large glass windows offering a 360-degree view of the mountains.
Nestled in the garden lies a large indoor swimming pool offering wonderful peace and tranquillity. The loungers and beautiful artwork make this a special area in which to relax. The large sliding doors from the pool area open out onto the indigenous garden which provides a braai area and pizza oven, offering a fantastic entertainment area for all ages. The house is equipped with solar power and an inverter.
This house has a great location in a quiet street of the town, however, it is a short distance to a variety of amenities the town has to offer, including many award-winning fine dining restaurants.
