Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The balance of payment must be settled 30 days before arrival.
Keys will not be handed over if payment is not received in full.
A breakage deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damages or losses occur. A 10% admin fee will be deducted for cancellations.
Cancellations will only be refunded if the apartment is re-letted for the same period. A 10% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued for early departures.
Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages, or losses during their stay. An inventory check should be done upon arrival, and discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Weekday servicing of the apartment is included. Servicing on weekends and public holidays is available at an additional cost. Extra linen is available at an additional charge.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
The use of candles and incense is not permitted.
All guests must adhere to the complex rules.
Due to water restrictions, tenants must comply with allocated daily usage. Fines imposed on the owner for exceeding the limit will apply to guests.
Appliances and services are maintained regularly, but no refunds or discounts will be issued for faults with Wi-Fi, DStv, or other appliances.
No bookings for matriculants will be accepted. Bookings made by parents on behalf of matriculants will be cancelled, and keys will not be handed over.
The maximum occupancy is 7 people (maximum 6 adults).
Blow-up mattresses are not permitted in the apartment.
The owners are not responsible for any items left behind in the apartment.
