The apartment has a dedicated braai area, and guests may also use the communal braai area, pool, and decks overlooking the sea. The large pool offers 180-degree sea views and includes a fireplace, conversation bench area, loungers, umbrellas, benches, and tables. The gardens are water-friendly and feature indigenous plants, including South African cycads, aloes, and succulents. Whales can be seen and heard from the front deck in spring and early summer, and sardine shoals pass nearby in June and July. The property has a small child-friendly dog named Shaggy and a hairless Sphinx cat named Beastie, both often found around the pool. The apartment provides off-road parking and is fully secure with 24-hour monitoring, an electric fence, a gate, and a state-of-the-art security system.
