House Rules

Cancellation terms apply in accordance with the property’s booking policy. Charges may apply for cancellations made within a specified period prior to arrival, as well as for no-shows.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Cigarette butts must be removed from the property upon departure and may not be disposed of in bins or fireplaces.

Food waste must not be disposed of in rubbish or recycling bins, and designated containers are to be used.

Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 08h00.

Pets are not permitted on the property; however, service animals are welcome.

Children under 12 must be supervised.

This is a working farm – occasional farming noise may occur, and guests will be notified where possible.

All gates and fences must remain closed. Some areas have electric fencing.

Animals are free range and may be protective of their young. Petting baby animals is not advised.

Wildlife is present on the farm; please do not harm any animals.
