Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 10% of the total booking; within 30 days, 100% will be charged. No-shows are charged 100%.

No smoking indoors. Cigarette butts must be taken off the property with you when you leave and not left in the bins / fireplaces

No food waste in rubbish or recycling bins – separate containers are provided.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00 (flexible with prior arrangement).

No pets allowed; service animals welcome.
Children under 12 must be supervised.

This is a working farm – occasional farming noise may occur, and guests will be notified where possible.

All gates and fences must remain closed. Some areas have electric fencing.

Animals are free range and may be protective of their young. Petting baby animals is not advised.

Wildlife is present on the farm; please do not harm any animals.
