This charming stone house offers affordable self-catering accommodation in the town of George. A shopping centre, golf courses and safe swimming beaches are a short drive away.
The double-storey house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bed while the third bedroom contains twin single beds. The first bathroom is at the bottom, en-suite and has a bath and a walk in shower, while the second bathroom is separate on the top floor. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils. Additional facilities include a braai area and TV's with DStv in the main bedroom as well as the lounge. There is secure parking and the braai area is built-in and located inside the garage, there is a covered socialising area in front of the garage and the house is secured with an alarm system and a remote-controlled gate. The unit offers a view of the Outeniqua Mountains.
Attractions in the area include Garden Route Botanical Garden, George Golf Club, Herold Bay, Victoria Bay Garden Route Mall and a variety of wine estates.
