Montagu Garden Suite is an elegant self-catering suite located just outside Montagu, close to local amenities. Guests are greeted by the friendly host, a retired teacher, who will show them the suite and the garden, and explain nearby activities such as hot springs, art galleries, mountain walks, and local restaurants.
The suite is surrounded by mountains and bathed in Montagu’s natural light, renowned by local artists. Guests can enjoy local Muscadel paired with biltong, nuts, and locally made cheese, all available at the Cape Dry Farm Stall, less than 3 minutes away. Visitors can also browse local wines, brandy, Fynbos gin, Karoo lamb, farm bakes, preserves, and dried fruit products.
The airy suite is furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. It accommodates 1 or 2 guests, with the single bed suitable for a child or grandparent. The suite includes ample cupboard space, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Sliding doors open onto a private patio with a picnic table and a braai in the garden.
Secure parking is available on the premises.
A stay at Garden Suite offers tranquillity, a connection with nature, and old-fashioned charm. The suite does not include a TV or microwave.
