House Rules
Should guests require extra cleaning services, these are available at an additional cost.
The booking Guest accepts these terms on behalf of all guests.
Report any damage or missing items at check-in; unreported issues will be deemed non-existent.
Guests are liable for damages; costs will be deducted from the deposit, with excess charges billed separately.
The property is for private use only; unauthorized commercial use incurs double the rental rate.
Parties, pets, and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited (R1000 fine for indoor smoking).
Keep noise levels reasonable to comply with municipal by-laws; violations may result in eviction without a refund.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
The pool is used at your own risk. Children must be supervised, and no glass or alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
The Landlord is not responsible for injuries, theft, or damages beyond their control.
Leave the property clean and in good condition; cleaning costs for non-compliance will be deducted from the deposit.
Return all keys, remotes, and tags; replacement costs apply for missing items.
Early departures or no-shows are non-refundable.
The Landlord may inspect the property with reasonable notice; violations may result in eviction.
Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Damage deposits will be refunded within 7 business days if no issues are found.
By confirming the booking, Guests agree to these terms.
