Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No pets are allowed.
Nothing from the property may be taken outside the premises or from the fire pit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Check-in time on the arrival date: between 16:00 and 17:00. Latest check-in: 17:00
Check-out time on the departure date: between 09:00 and 10:00. Latest check-out: 10:00
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 06:00.
The conservation area on the property is located in the backyard.
The driveway gate must remain closed and securely locked at all times.
Private parties or events are under no circumstances allowed. This property is not a party venue, and all gatherings of this nature are strictly prohibited.
A breakage deposit can be paid in one of two ways: either via EFT (electronic bank transfer) to the host’s account, with proof of payment reflected in the host’s account before the check-in date, or in cash to the house manager/host on the day of check-in. The deposit will be refunded electronically to the guest within seven days after confirmation, following inspection that no damage has occurred and that the property and household items are left in the same condition as received.
(Refundable after inspection, provided no damage has been caused to the property or its contents, and will be returned to the guest within seven (7) days) and is payable to the host via EFT into the host’s bank account, with funds reflected in the account before the keys are handed over.
Buses or taxis are not accommodated on the property. Parking is only allowed for vehicles with a maximum height of 1.7 m, and parking is limited to the designated driveway areas.
