The unit has a pre-paid electricity meter. Guests are responsible for reloading electricity if the set amount is used. Solar panels are available for use during the day.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are not allowed inside the house but a designated area with a pet house is provided outdoors.
Guests are requested to replace the pool blanket after use to help retain heat.
Pool heating is available seasonally.
