- There is no inverter at this property, however, there are rechargeable lights and the stove top is gas.
- This property is not wheelchair friendly.
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1500 management fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 3000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents).
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 8 adults and 1 child (under 12 years old) are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. The tri-bunk bed is a double on the bottom and single on the top, the latter is suited to a child only.
- Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. You need to keep an eye on small children for their safety. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
- Please bring your own baby cot and high chair with.
- Linen and bath towels are provided – please bring your own beach/swimming towels with. Please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Wifi and full package DStv is included. The TV is a smart TV.
- Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- This is a high fire risk area, please NO open fires are allowed at the property and do not leave any fires unattended.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise policy: This house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and part of a cul-da-sac. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please, any blockages will be for tenants account.
- Regret, housekeeping service is not available at this property due to it’s remote location.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
Pet Policy applies:
- No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture
- A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure
- Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility of your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause nuisance for neigbors and their dogs
- Please clean up after your dogs i.e poop outside
- Please bring own dog beds & blankets & feeding bowls with
