Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The property does not have an inverter; however, rechargeable lights are available, and the stove top operates on gas.
The property is not wheelchair friendly.
Booking requirements must be completed prior to arrival in accordance with the property management company’s terms.
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child under the age of 12. This limit may not be exceeded at any time. The tri-bunk bed consists of a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top, with the upper bunk suitable for a child only.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
Children of all ages are welcome; however, guests are required to supervise children at all times due to the layout and height of the property. Safety barriers on stairs and railings are not installed. The owners and property management accept no liability for any incidents or accidents.
Guests travelling with infants are required to bring their own baby equipment, including a cot and high chair.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach or swimming towels. Bath towels are reserved for indoor use only.
Pets are permitted on prior request, subject to owner confirmation. The pet policy forms part of the house rules and must be adhered to at all times.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Cigarettes must be disposed of responsibly using designated ashtrays and not on patios, in gardens, or in toilets.
The property is located in a high fire risk area. Open fires are not permitted, and any permitted heat sources must never be left unattended.
Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction. Parties and events are not permitted. The property is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times. Noise levels must be kept low throughout the day, with quiet hours observed after 22h00.
The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure.
Only appropriate materials, such as human waste and toilet paper, may be disposed of in toilets.
Housekeeping services are not available at this property.
All amenities, facilities, and services provided form part of the house rules and must be used responsibly at all times.
All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be supervised at all times.
Beds and furniture are reserved for guest use, and pets are not permitted on these surfaces.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that pets do not cause disturbance to neighbours or other animals.
The garden is enclosed; however, pets must not be left unattended or allowed to roam freely.
Guests are required to clean up after their pets and bring their own pet bedding, blankets, and feeding bowls.
