Description
Goedemoed Farmhouse is situated at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains in the beautiful Keisie Valley and can accommodate up to 18 guests. The farmhouse offers breathtaking mountain views, while springbok can often be seen grazing around the house.
The farmhouse is air-conditioned for guests’ comfort and consists of 5 bedrooms furnished with a combination of queen-size and single beds. 2 Of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining rooms share the other bathrooms. The apartment is furnished with 2 single beds and a double bed, as well as a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. Linen and towels are provided, and swimming towels are also available for guests to enjoy the large swimming pool and wood-fired hot tub.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a stove and double oven, microwave, two refrigerators, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area, while the spacious living area provides a comfortable space to relax and features a TV with selected DStv channels, including sports channels.
Guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool, as well as the lapa, which is equipped with braai facilities and a wood-fired hot tub. Children can enjoy the large jungle gym, complete with swings and a slide.
Goedemoed Farmhouse offers a peaceful rural retreat and is ideally situated for exploring the beauty of the Cape. The charming town of Montagu, known for its many attractions, well-preserved historic buildings and excellent restaurants, is just 17 km from the farm.
