Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Houses and apartments are booked strictly based on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time, including children, may not exceed the number booked.
The number of guests may not exceed the number booked.
The accommodation does not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors allowed.
No loud noise, music, or parties; quiet hours between 20:00 and 08:00.
Cleaning services are available at an additional cost, only on weekdays.
The responsible guest must be 25 years or older.
No pets allowed.
Smoking inside the unit is not allowed.
Please leave the unit tidy.
All outstanding fees are due 2 weeks prior to arrival for off-season times, and 1 month for in-season times. Cash, EFT, and bank deposits are paid. Your breakage deposit will be on the 7th and 21st day of each month, depending on which date closest to guests' departure date will be refunded.
Two extra guests are welcome at an extra fee per person, and guests will sleep on a sleeper couch.
