Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification details, information for any travelling children, vehicle registration numbers, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information is kept strictly confidential. Failure to submit the required details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the property standard and may be adjusted at the discretion of management or the owner.
Please note that, in line with our sustainability and comfort policy, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the event of excessive usage, additional charges may be applied.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
