Definitely recommend! Lovely place, wonderful host. Peaceful place to stay and the Jacuzzi was hot and ready for us to enjoy on arrival.

Nice! We enjoyed our stay. It was just after a very big storm, which left a lot of damage in the area, but the host went out of his way to still make everything as comfortable as possible. Amazing! An absolutely exceptional stay from beginning to end! We were genuinely impressed by the beautiful surroundings, attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall comfort. Convenient and quiet, but could use some sprucing up. The property has all the essential amenities that you could need for a lovely getaway. The location is conveniently off the N2, but surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway. Unfortunately, we did not see any deer; however, we did see a rabbit and some peacocks. It was quite disappointing that the forest trail was inaccessible due to fallen trees. Overall, however, the place could use some sprucing up. Large sections of the walls and some parts of the ceiling were covered in a layer of mould from what we suspect is due to a leaking roof. While it did look like they were busy with repairs, it would have been appreciated if the walls had been wiped down and the entire place aired out before we came to stay, or if we had been offered one of the units that were unoccupied. Would we come stay here again? Possibly, after the renovations are complete.

Beautiful nature. Wouldn't want to stay more than 1 night. We had a nice overnight stay. For the price, 'Ons is in die sop' from KYKNET will have to intervene urgently. Bathroom facilities need attention. The mattress on the bottom bed is worn out. Only 1 steak knife. There is certainly not a steady hand present.

Quite and beautiful place but the cottage was a let down. The host was friendly and informative. But the cottage was disappointing. Apart from not really matching the pictures, it was substandard. The main bedroom didn't have a physical door or a place to hang the clothes. There was one bathroom located in the kids' bedroom. The unit could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The plugs were also a safety concern. For the price that was charged, we really expected better. A lot of improvement and TLC is needed for the unit.
