Green Vista is a holiday home perched on top of the lush green tropical landscape in the secure Simbithi Eco Estate located in Ballito, an affluent coastal community in KwaZulu-Natal. This is the ideal place for a family or a group of friends seeking a peaceful getaway.

The home comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 8 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second room has a king-size bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed each. The first guest bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, and the last bathroom has a shower.

The living space features a lounge with a TV and a comfortable couch and a dining area. There is also a pool table and a designated workstation. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, coffee machine and microwave.

Guests can relax outside on the outdoor seating and will have access to braai facilities. Enjoy the delights of the parks and trails on the estate, as well as the stunning beaches and restaurants of the wider Ballito area.

Within the wider estate, there are community centres with pools, tennis courts, padel courts and a clubhouse restaurant. An array of stunning beaches are as close as a 5-minute drive away. We are in a sectional title development.
