Greenways Beach House is situated in Kommetjie. This is a large modern four-bedroom house. Spectacular sea and mountain views from every bedroom. A billiard room with a full size billiard table. The open plan living area has an easy flow with comfortable access to the pool patio and elevated tanning deck, which in turn has a gazebo. Large gas BBQ. Modern kitchen with new appliances, all combine to make entertaining a pleasure.
Bedrooms are spacious all with spectacular sea views. All bathrooms have double size glass enclosed showers and wall hung basins and toilets
The beach is great for surfing, swimming and body boarding. There are three restaurants within walking distance from the beach house. A great venue for family holidays.
Greenways Cottage is on the same property as Greenways Beach House which sleeps 4 adults and a child. Fully equipped separate kitchen which has double doors that open onto a wooden deck. Gas BBQ. The beach is a two min stroll and restaurants are also within walking distance. Off street secure parking. Enjoy all that Kommetjie has to offer in luxury accommodation. Now with a secluded PLUNGE POOL!
