Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside in designated areas only.
Noise & Parties: No parties or loud music are allowed. Please respect quiet hours.
Guests: Only the number of guests included in the booking is allowed to stay overnight. A limited number of day visitors who do not stay overnight may be permitted.
Owner on Property: The owner lives on the property. If both units are booked simultaneously, the owner will not be on the premises.
