Parties and events: No parties or events are allowed.

Non Smoking Rental:: This is a non-smoking facility, but you are welcome to smoke outside, providing that you use a cigarette butt dispenser.


Quiet hours: No loud noise between 11pm - 8am.
Guests: Stick to the number of approved guests (Maximum 4) and ask if unsure about visitors.


Damages: Inform the host immediately of any spills or broken items. Guests are expected to pay for damages beyond normal wear and tear.


Cleanliness: Do not leave the property in a state that requires excessive cleaning. Trash should be disposed of in outside bin at check out.

This is a self-catering facility, but for a lengthy stay we can gladly provide you with a cleaning service by prior arrangement at an additional fee.

Septic Tank: The drains in Yzerfontein are either soak or municipal pump drains. Therefore, please use only toilet paper in the toilets & be mindful of water consumption. Bins are provided for any other items that need to be disposed of.


Please refrain from parking on the stoned cordoned off are in front of HAAS as this is where the sceptic tank is situated.

Every effort is made to service and maintain all amenities, equipment, and appliances to a fully operable and safe condition, and guests are requested to use and operate all these in a responsible manner. Kindly report any faulty conditions to the owners.

Food and drinks: Avoid eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement. If approved there will be an additional charge of R100.00 per pet per day.
