House Rules
1.This is a non-smoking house. Smoking facilities are available outside the house only.
2.Hubbly bubbly or hookah is prohibited onto the property.
3.Illegal substances including smoking of marijuana is prohibited onto the property.
4.Parties, celebrations or functions are prohibited.
5.Silent hours from 22h00 - 08h00 as per residential by-laws
6. Groups that book more than one house may not gather together at one house, but should make use of the clubhouse or any other public venue.
7. No Pets allowed.
8. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to be checked in, no exceptions will be allowed.
9.Parking available at own risk. Provided parking is on the driveway and front lawn of the house only.
