Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
An additional cleaning fee per day applies.
There will be a domestic lady on the property.
There will be an additional charge for personal laundry for your account.
No smoking will be allowed in the house. Should there be any residual smell of smoke, the breakage deposit will not be returned.
All rules of the Estate must be adhered to as per the agreement signed by you at the SIMBITHI Welcome Center.
