We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Perfect location, you are within walking distance of everything you need. Zonika is an excellent host.

Beautiful stay, disappointing service. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and in a great location. I’m no stranger to the Alikreukel apartment block and have always enjoyed staying there. The bathroom could, however, use some upgrading and modernising. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a geyser issue, leaving us without water overnight and for part of the next day. The repairs were only completed on our anniversary day, which delayed and disrupted our plans significantly. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen unexpectedly, what disappointed me most was the host’s attitude and communication thereafter. The host was lovely and welcoming in the beginning, but her attitude quickly changed once the geyser issue arose. Responses were often ignored despite messages being seen on WhatsApp, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the apartment was great and well situated, but the handling of the situation and communication from the host left a negative impression on what was meant to be a special occasion.
