Breakage Deposit

House Rules
You will be staying in someone else’s home, so please treat and respect it as if it were your own.
Smoking is permitted only outside, please use an ashtray and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
No parties or loud music are allowed. Kindly be considerate of the neighbours; quiet hours begin at 21:00.
No additional guests are allowed without prior approval. Only the guests included in the booking may stay overnight, and visitors are not permitted without permission.
Please close all doors and windows when leaving the property.
A basic cleaning service is provided. We ask that you keep the house tidy by placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cleaning up any messes as you go.
Kindly use only the designated parking area and avoid blocking other residents.
