No smoking is permitted inside the unit; smoking is allowed on the patio only.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Quiet hours are to be observed after 22:00 to respect neighbours.
Apartment towels are for indoor use only; guests are required to bring their own beach or pool towels.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool area.
A breakage deposit is required before arrival, and ID verification is needed for the person making the booking.
