Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. A pet fee of R250 applies, with a maximum of 2 small to medium-sized pets permitted.
An additional cleaning fee of R350 will be charged upfront, in addition to the standard cleaning fee. This additional fee will be calculated based on the number of pets and must be paid directly to the owner of the house.
