Friendly staff, but inside the house was some stuff that was not acceptable. The staff was extremely friendly, but we had to choose to operate the aircon remote or the TV remote, as there was only 1 set of batteries. My spouse and I went there, but we were given 1 shower towel. In the kitchen, we had only 1 glass to drink from; we had to request another glass.

Poor customer service in my opinion. We booked a family room, we were given 1 set of towels and upon asking for towels we were given another set and apparently the rest of the towels were in the washing machine. The lodge advertised tea and coffee making facilities but could only offer 1 mug for 3 people. We asked for 2 additional mugs and we were told there were no more mugs. The only good recommendation is that the beds were comfortable.
